September, 2007:
- Started talking seriously about starting the process for Adoption for Vietnam since China has slowed down so much and it doesn't look like it will happen now until Spring of 2009. Almost 30-32 months later.
- Started to contact various agencies to check on their process.
- Decided on PLAN (Plan Loving Adoptions Now) located in Washington State.
October, 2007
- First Home Study done on October 9th.
- Sent in I-600A
- Finger Prints done for DCFS
- Medical completed
- Second Home Study completed October 25th
November, 2007
- Received completed Home Study back
- EVERYTHING ON HOLD...UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. US MIGHT HAULT ADOPTION. MORE INFORMATION AFTER NOVEMBER WE HOPE.
- Thanksgiving day
